Help
A few steps from a tap to a voice memory.
Activate a card
Tap your NFC device or open its HTTPS link. Sign in, choose a family, and confirm activation. The card stays with that family permanently. You can create a family if you do not have one.
Listen and share
Anyone with the card link can play its recordings without signing in. Tap Play to begin; browsers may require a user gesture. Treat the link as shareable access, even when the recording belongs to a family.
Leave a recording
Sign in and open the card. The family creator can record without a paid subscription. Other people need both a paid family plan and membership. Preview your recording, then save it. The default maximum is 60 seconds; the current limit appears before recording and may be configured by the administrator.
Join a family
Accept an invitation or apply from a card and wait for the creator to approve. View results in Account → My applications. You may belong to multiple families. Payment does not approve an application or reserve a place. The default family limit is 20 people, including the creator.
Manage members and cards
The creator manages members and card notes/photos. The creator cannot leave and the family cannot be deleted. Leaving or being removed does not move cards, delete recordings, or stop a subscription. Only the author can delete their own recording.
Family plans
Free: unlimited creator recordings. Paid: other members may also record, with a default limit of 100 member recordings per card; creator recordings do not count toward that limit. Any signed-in person can pay for a family before or after joining. Only one active subscription or pending checkout is allowed per family. Quarterly: USD 29.70 US dollars every 3 months; annual: USD 82.80 US dollars every 12 months. Both include tax and renew automatically without a free trial.
Renewal and refunds
The payer manages renewal in Account → My subscriptions. Canceling future renewal preserves access until the paid period ends; leaving the family does not cancel renewal. Existing recordings remain playable after expiry. Refund requests are reviewed through Support; submitting a request is not a refund or cancellation confirmation.
Recording or upload problems
Open the HTTPS link in a browser that supports microphone recording and allow microphone access in the browser site settings. If an embedded browser cannot record, open the same link in your system browser. Keep the page open until saving is confirmed. If the network fails, use Check saving result before trying again. Images accept JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MiB; convert HEIC first.
Account and language
Use the sign-in method you originally registered with; Google and email accounts are separate. Change English or Simplified Chinese using Language, including in Account. Dates use your device time zone; language does not change the USD billing currency.
